Pakistan Vs Sri Lanka 13/12/2013 – Results, Review and Statistical Highlights

CricketWhen Sri Lanka came in to bat, they started off very well as they really dominated the Pakistani bowling.  All their top order batsmen T. Dilshan, Kushal Perera and Kumar Sangakkara played special knocks to ensure they reached a score of 211.  As far as Pakistan’s bowling was concerned, Saeed Ajmal picked up 2 wickets.

When Pakistan came in to bat, they lost a couple of wickets early but came back quite well.  Good innings by Sharjeel Khan, Shahid Afridi and Sohail Tanveer kept them in the hunt but after they fell, it was impossible for them to comeback.  In the end they gave a very good fight as they ended at a score of 187 all out in 19.2 overs.  As far as Sri Lanka’s bowling was concerned, Senanayke picked up 3 wickets.
